I am a passionate about yoga. My transformational journey with yoga began 15 years ago when I was looking for a tool to manage my busy life, create balance and a sense of harmony and well being. Suffering from insomnia, feeling overworked and stressed whilst working in advertising, I was amazed at the feeling of well-being, inner calm and peace that developed through practising yoga. I can honestly say it changed my life.
In these busy, uncertain and challenging times, I look to share this feeling of presence, calm and contentment with my clients; whilst building resilience and overcoming negative energy that builds from stress and anxiety.

I completed my Vinyasa Flow 200 Hour Whole Self Yoga Alliance Teacher Training with internationally renowned yogi Julie Montagu.
My practice is based on Vinyasa Flow, an energetic and dynamic sequence building heat in the body, followed by more restorative poses at the end to balance and calm the body. My style is challenging, uplifting and encouraging.
I teach at a studio in Kingsclere, small intimate classes at private homes, one-on-ones and at my studio in Upper Wield, Hampshire.

My classes are suitable for complete beginners and more advanced students, my aim is to make yoga accessible for everyone.
